Are the locusts in Las Vegas one of the signs according to the plagues?

The short answer is no. There are a lot of strange things taking place on earth at the moment, more and greater natural disasters taking place all over the earth, diseases and pestilences taking the lives of more and more people, and all kinds of strange happenings. This is according to Jesus’ words in Matthew 24, and to be expected. But locusts have been seen in plague proportions throughout history, on many continents, and do not point towards the end time. And when we look at the seven last plagues themselves, they will be very recognizable, starting with malignant sores on those who have the mark of the beast, and with water turned to blood. This has not happened yet, so the locusts are definitely not part of the final seven plagues.

Matthew 24     ⁶ And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. ⁷ For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines,  pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. ⁸ All these are the beginning of sorrows.
