Ingredients
- 2 Cups of raw almonds
- 2 Tablespoons rice bran oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- put almonds on an oven tray (no oil) and roast for 8 minutes
- put on bench to cool down – so they are just warm
- put in food processor with salt and blend
- when they are looking fine add the oil slowly and it will turn into almond butter
- all almonds are different so you may need more or less oil to get the texture you require
- for best results keep in the fridge and it will last several months
