• 2 Cups of raw almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons rice bran oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. put almonds on an oven tray (no oil) and roast for 8 minutes
  3. put on bench to cool down – so they are just warm
  4. put in food processor with salt and blend
  5. when they are looking fine add the oil slowly and it will turn into almond butter
  6. all almonds are different so you may need more or less oil to get the texture you require
  7. for best results keep in the fridge and it will last several months
