Whenever a Christian starts on a hobby horse, taking one area of his religion and talking about it constantly, obsessing about it, it is dangerous. As Christians, we should be putting our full focus on Jesus and what He has done for us on the cross, and what His life shows us about the Father. Our entering into eternal life, depends on whether we have a close personal relationship with God, whether we truly know Him. Anything else that becomes an obsession, and keeps us away from spending time with God, is the devil’s deception. 

John 17:3   “And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.”

If we are in a close intimate relationship with Jesus, of course we will look forward to His coming back to earth again, to receive us to Himself, and to take us to the place that He has prepared for us in heaven. But don’t focus on the one thing only, and forget the most important thing, knowing Him!
