It sounds to me like you need a new job. Seriously, this is not working for you, so why don’t you tell God your problem, that you are getting into trouble because you are serious about Him, and ask Him to get you a new job. God has a plan for your life, where you can truly fit in, keep your conscience clear, and help to point people to Him. Ask Him what the plan is. And while you’re waiting for His answer, don’t compromise your beliefs. If you are fired, God will give you a better job, I promise you. When you live your life according to His will, He will step in and bless you, and later you will ask yourself why you didn’t hand it over to Him much earlier.

Jeremiah 29:11   “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Philippians 4    ⁶ Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; ⁷ and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
