Green salad and almonds
Makes 5 X 1 CUP SERVES
- 1 large (or 2 small) heads broccoli cut into florets
- 50g (2oz) baby spinach
- 1 avocado cubed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- Cook the broccoli in some boiling water for around 4 minutes or until just soft.
- Combine vegetables and salt in a bowl and mix gently.
- Put in serving dish or on plates and garnish with sesame oil
