Green salad and almonds

Makes 5 X 1 CUP SERVES

Ingredients

  • 1 large (or 2 small) heads broccoli cut into florets
  • 50g (2oz) baby spinach
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced almonds

Method

  1. Cook the broccoli in some boiling water for around 4 minutes or until just soft.
  2. Combine vegetables and salt in a bowl and mix gently.
  3. Put in serving dish or on plates and garnish with sesame oil
    and almonds.
